WINEMAKING CELLARS

Viñedos de Aldeanueva has 2 wine cellars for making wine and another for storing it. The wine cellars for making wine have stainless steel tanks equipped with the most advanced technology and the latest fermentation, refrigeration and micro-oxygenation facilities.

AGING CELLARS

The winery has 3 aging units where selected wines that will later become crianza, reserva and gran reserva wines are left to age.
